REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Gift Card Purchases

Gift cards cannot be cancelled. Refunds apply only for failed or undelivered transactions.

2. Service Booking Cancellation

Cancellations allowed up to 24 hours before service time.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds issued for duplicate payments, technical failures, or non-delivery.

4. No Refund Scenarios

No refunds for incorrect user info, used gift cards, or successful services.

5. Processing Time

Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
